Green Mountain provides two choices (Base plan and Buy-up plan) for health plans. Both plans are preferred provider organization (PPO) plans and include a prescription drug program. Green Mountain pays 100% of the premium for eligible employees and their qualified dependents for the Base plan.
Green Mountain provides two choices (Value plan and Network Access plan) for dental plans to cover preventative services such as cleanings and x-rays, basic services such as fillings and root canals, major services such as crowns and dentures and orthodontia. Green Mountain pays 100% of the premium for eligible employees and their qualified dependents for the Value plan.
Green Mountain provides a vision benefit that covers annual exams, glasses or contacts. Green Mountain pays 100% of the premium for eligible employees and their qualified dependents for the vision plan.
Green Mountain provides paid life insurance and AD&D coverage for eligible employees.
Voluntary Life Insurance/AD&D
Eligible employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage and AD&D coverage for themselves, their spouse and/or dependents.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Eligible employees have the ability to contribute pre-tax money into health care or dependent care reimbursement accounts to reimburse qualified out-of-pocket expenses.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Short and long term disability plans are provided by Green Mountain for eligible employees in the event of a doctor diagnosed disability exceeding a waiting period of seven days.
Employee Assistance Plan
Green Mountain provides an Employee Assistance Program that provides employees access to a voluntary, confidential service and resources for counseling and advice for health, dependent care, financial and other issues.
Green Mountain provides a 401k plan through Fidelity that allows employees to contribute toward their retirement. In addition, the company matches employee contributions.
Paid Time Off
Green Mountain provides eligible employees paid time off for vacation, personal time, or illness.
Green Mountain has eight (8) paid holidays each year plus employees have one (1) floating holiday to use on a day of their choice.
